We provide our users with access to our design/label that can be purchased at the price mentioned on the site.

Information collected by us can and shall be used at our discretion and we take it that your continued usage of our site reflects your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Returns and Refunds:

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a credit note if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions. The credit note must be redeemed within 6 months. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.If you choose to exchange any item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we don’t guarantee the replacement for the same product in the same size, if the same is not available in our stock wherever possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items subject to above mentioned condition.We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the Site.

However, as computer monitors display and pixels varies, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display is exactly same what our IT system displayed.

All returns are subject to verification by our team at Detales Fashion.

    Please contact our customer care team within 2 days of receiving the product via email at accounts@detalesindia.com or call at +91 8628098649 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

    Cancellation Policy:

    We can only accept cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order. 

    Registration on the Detales website:

    By subscribing, customers agree to be communicated by us via email and SMS to facilitate the services provided by us. We may communicate promotional offers periodically and as and when required.

    The information that you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

    Shipping:

    The product will be delivered in a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 15 days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at accounts@detalesindia.com. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

    1. Complete payment is not received
    2. Incorrect/Inaccurate address details
    3. Measurements
    4. No response from the customer

    Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    The shipping charges for all orders within India will be free. Cash on Delivery will not be considered for orders above Rs. 20,000.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the product is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry. We will take minimum of 20 and maximum of 25 days to ship the product.
    Please note: Custom Duties and VAT are country dependent and are to be borne by the customer.
